I resurrected on of these in 1979 out of San Diego Motorcycle Salvage. I wished I had one now in my collection. Pretty rare now.

This was a nice small motorcycle in it’s time. I rode from San Diego to Houston with one. I had a Spirit of America sidecar installed for a while. I made a trip from San Francisco to Long Beach on Hiway 1 with my seabag as the only balast in the sidecar (what fun!). But, at about 30k miles, the counterbalancer shaft let loose and I ended up trading it for an old BSA.
I traded a KZ400 for a motorcycle like this one in 1975 while I was stationed on the USS Oriskany CVA34. I used it to go back and forth from Long Beach to Alameda and the only problem I had was the magneto when it rained.
I am trying to remember how many of these I have owned. I will edit more on this later.
